Description

Invertek IP66

Variable frequency drive (VFDs) designed by Invertek for harsh and demanding environments.

Washdown Ready:
The sealed enclosure and corrosion-resistant heatsink allow for high-pressure washdown, crucial for hygiene-sensitive industries like food and beverage.

Coated Heatsink:
Standard feature that provides additional protection from dirt and enhances durability in harsh conditions..

Applications

  • Food and Beverage: Due to washdown capability and hygiene standards.
  • Water and Wastewater Treatment: Pumps, mixers, and other equipment exposed to moisture.
  • Agriculture: Fans, pumps, and conveyors in dusty or outdoor environments.
  • HVAC: Outdoor-mounted fans or ventilation systems.
  • Mining and Quarrying: Equipment exposed to dust, dirt, and moisture.
  • Outdoor Applications: Anywhere a drive needs to operate without a cabinet, exposed to the elements.

1 Phase In – 3 Phase Out
A 1 phase in – 3 phase out inverter is designed to run a three-phase motor from a standard single-phase power supply. This makes it an ideal solution for workshops, small industrial units, and commercial environments where three-phase power is not available.

By converting the incoming single-phase supply into a three-phase output, the inverter provides smooth motor control, improved efficiency, and variable speed operation for equipment such as pumps, fans, compressors, and machinery.

It also helps reduce energy consumption and mechanical wear, improving overall system performance and reliability.

3 Phase In – 3 Phase Out
A 3 phase in – 3 phase out inverter is built for larger industrial applications that require a three-phase power supply and motor.

These inverters deliver greater power handling, improved efficiency, and more consistent motor performance, making them ideal for demanding systems such as conveyors, compressors, HVAC equipment, and manufacturing machinery.

By accurately controlling motor speed and torque, they help improve productivity, lower energy consumption, and extend the life of equipment.
